Ergonomic and workplace assessments
Embedded ergonomic, physio and wellness support
The team at The Corrective Clinic is made up of highly experienced physiotherapists and wellness experts, and brings knowledge and familiarity with a wide range of industries and working styles. We believe that wellness support is best provided as part of an ongoing relationship, so that your people and our people get to know each other and work together on a regular basis.
We offer an embedded service, a half-day or full day each month or every two months, or as often as your team needs. We work with you on a programme that maximises the benefit to your people and efficiency to your budget, then offer ongoing support to arrange bookings and reports and follow up on actions.
Contact the team to tell us about your organisation and your people, and work together to get and keep everyone in the zone!
1: Workplace setup – wherever you work
Our team can make sure your people are well set up, ergonomically, whether they are working in your office, factory, shop, mobile workplace, or at home. With many more people embracing a hybrid working style, it’s essential for each individual to have the support and the know-how to manage their own setup, wherever they may be.
2: Training for specific working styles
We can delivery tailored training to small or large groups, whether it’s focused on safety and physical wellbeing for manual handling or high risk tasks, or tips and techniques for your Health and Safety Reps to pass along to their teams for stretching and movement .
3: Support at work or return to work programmes
Returning to work after an absence brings challenges for the individuals and for their managers. Our people can help your people develop supportive, robust RTW programs that are fully focused on the needs of your people and your organisation. We can also help assess support and needs for people working through exciting times, like preparing for parenthood, or challenging times, like getting over an injury or adapting to specific medical needs.
4: Stretch and yoga classes
These are a great way to celebrate your team, and encourage people to come together to move and breathe and share positive time as a community. Participating in a wellness class together is a great alternative to team morning teas or drinks, and there’s nothing like working out next to your manager to break down communication barriers.
